On February 27, 2024 Associate Jewel Tracy Hilliard will be accepting the Excellence in Gifted and Talented Education (EGATE) award on behalf ofUrbana Elementary School. Urbana Elementary is the first school (elementary, middle, or high school) in Frederick County’s history to receive the EGATE award.
