The Western Maryland Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. congratulates JJWMC Teen Rachel Spencer, who was crowned Miss Maryland’s Teen on June 23rd! Rachel is the daughter of Mother and Dr. Renee Thomas-Spencer and Father Roderick Spencer and is the current Miss Carroll County’s Teen. Rachel was the 2022-2023 JJWMC Teen Community Service Chair and, in 2022, was voted by JJWMC Teens as Distinguished Teen. Rachel’s intelligence, beauty, poise, and kind spirit are evident to all who meet her. We wish Rachel continued success in all of her future endeavors!
